Tasting notes: The nose is bewitched by a kaleidoscopic alternation of fragrant notes of lime, fern and pear with softer hints of honey and blond tobacco. The olfactory fan is completed by refreshing hints of eucalyptus. The taste gives a vibrant and long-lived wine: savory and balanced, with a remarkable intensity.
Food suggestion: It can be the perfect marriage with an Italian aperitif based on cured meats and young cheeses, or an excellent accompaniment to any type of grilled white meat. To be tried with veal or ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach.
