Amsterdam Museum Quarter and De Wijnkaart

Wandering around Amsterdam? Be sure not to miss the 19th century lovely Amsterdam Quarter Museum. This is home to three important Dutch museums, namely: the Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk Museum and Van Gogh Museum. It also includes the impressive Concertgebouw. Moreover, these buildings all meet at the large grassy area of Museumplein. This open space offers enough grass to sit down on and catch your breath.

Sightseeing around the Amsterdam Quarter Museum

This cultural hub has more to it then the museums and Museumplein. Admirers of the Amsterdam architecture can eat their hearts out discovering the different building styles within the Museum Quarter. Walk through the different streets and you’ll find that this area is great for fans of the Art Nouveau movement. Also, the famous Vondelpark is just minutes away from the Quarter Museum.
