Tasting Notes: This is the white dressed Cinderella of the Greek grapes which was saved by the Prince Vangelis Gerovassiliou, in 1980’s. On the nose the wine displays complex aromas of ripe fruits as mango, white pear and lemon zest combined with floral touches. With every sip you might find yourself in a Greek garden of herbs and jasmine flowers where citrus and white flesh fruits will refresh you during the hot summer days. It is a beautiful harmony in this wine and you almost can feel the salty breeze from the beaches of Paralia.
Food Suggestion: Pasta Dishes with white sauce, Grilled Poultry with vegetables and Asian Cuisine.
